Shipping informations

Europe

All of our European orders are sent via our local Post office in France. Please allow 4-8 business days for your parcel to arrive. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

  • Regular orders: €7,50 flat rate ;

  • Orders over €200 : free shipping.

International

International orders are sent via international courrier DHL / COLISSIMO

  • If you are located outside of the EU all orders are € 17.00 flat rate. 

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Please allow 6-14 business days for your parcel to arrive.

PLEASE CHECK ALL PERSONAL AND POSTAGE DETAILS WHEN COMPLETING AS WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISSING PACKAGES. 

We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order. We are not responsible for any additional taxes from your country of residence. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do everything we can for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds for :

  • Faulty items only ;

  • Exchange for incorrect size.

WE DO NOT EXCHANGE / REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND. Be mindful when you place your order. We do our best to limit our carbon footprint as much as possible and hope you will too.

All items should be returned within 14 days :

  • In their original condition ;

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged ;

  • Tags attached.

We will only cover postage costs for faulty items up to €30. Postage for returning incorrect sized garments will be paid by the customer.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM :

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURN AND IT IS APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED BACK AND PROCESSED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OR CONTACT NUMBER. 

PLEASE NOTE : DIFFERING BANKING AND/OR CREDIT CARDS MAY TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS THAN OTHERS. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DUTIES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, HOWEVER IF YOU PAID IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES ON AN ITEM THAT YOU HAVE RETURNED AND WOULD LIKE A CREDIT INVOICE TO PROVIDE TO YOUR CUSTOMS OFFICE PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL.
